At Property Site Plan, we strive to provide our customers with precise and efficient site plans for their properties. We understand the importance of accurate drawings in ensuring a smooth and successful project. In line with this commitment, we have established a clear and fair return policy to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Money-Back Guarantee for Non-Approved Plans

If, for any reason, the plans we provide are not approved due to inaccuracies or errors on our drawings, we offer a money-back guarantee. We understand that such situations can be frustrating and costly for our customers, and we want to ensure their satisfaction. In these cases, we will refund the full amount paid for the site plan.

The non approved plans will have to have a response comments from the city stating why the plans were not approved in order to receive a refund. If there is information discovered that was not provided to Property Site Plan then a refund will not be issued. 

Refund Timeframe

It is important to note that our refund policy has a time limit. We accept refund requests within 45 days from the date of purchase. This timeframe allows our customers ample time to review the site plan and seek approval from the relevant authorities. After the 45-day period, we are unable to process any refund requests.

No Return Policy for Custom Projects

For custom projects where the price is negotiable, we do not offer a return policy. These projects involve unique specifications and requirements that are tailored to the customer's specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of these projects, we are unable to provide refunds once the work has commenced.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their requirements and specifications before proceeding with a custom project. Our team of experts is available to answer any questions and provide guidance to ensure that the site plan meets their expectations.

Things to Remember

  • We don't stamp site plans or any drawings
  • Confirm with your City/County on what is needed or hire us to do some investigation work
  • We don't provide survey work.
